Most of marionettes and ventriloquist dummies listed on our site are presently available for purchase, unless otherwise noted.

The marionettes  and ventriloquist dummies listed on our site on (marionettes  and ventriloquist for sale) are presently available for purchase, also we have a pre views of puppets in our workshop, that you can see before completion. You are given the opportunity to buy and talk about if you would like to paint or let our painting department paint with chosen colours you may like.

Orders are usually shipped within a couple of days after your payment has been processed. Please allow 1-2 weeks to process larger wholesale orders.

If you find a product is not in stock, we will inform you immediately how long it will take to make the marionettes and ventriloquist dummies in question. Please understand that these are original, hand-made works of art and it may take time to work  for marionettes and for ventriloquist dummies to complete your order. Please message us for details on work and shipping times. 

Shipping:

Shipping charges of all items depend upon weight, chosen manner of delivery and final destination. There are  two shipping options – Air Mail and Economy way. Please contact us with inquires regarding sending parcels internationally.

As you check out shipping prices are automatically calculated in Economy shipping.

We ship internationally and will send packages anywhere independently of how close or how far. All puppets and marionettes are shipped by registered post . Satisfaction guaranteed.

Delivery Term:

The goods will be given to the Dispatch Department within 2-3 days after the payment is credited to our bank account. We reserve the right to keep a longer delivery term in the case of custom work. The Customer is, however, notified about such longer delivery term and if it does not agree then it has the right to cancel its order.

All transports are managed by Bulgaria post. Delivery term to the states of EU is 1- 2 weeks, to USA 2 – 3 weeks by Airmail Post or 4 – 6 weeks by Economy way. To other destinations it depends from distance.

Insurance:

All packages have a tracking number, which we will email you this information. Then you will be able to check movement of your parcel.

 Return procedure:

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please, contact Marionettesbg no later than 7 calendar days from the date you received the item to make a return request.  Please, include your reason for making the request.  If your return request is accepted by us, there are the following rules:

1. The customer will be responsible for the return of the item in the same condition that it was sent  – our address .

2. The customer will pay return shipping costs – any items arriving with postage due will not be accepted.

3. The customer will return any items accepted for return within 30 days from the date of the complaint.

4. Upon receipt of the returned items in their original condition, Marionettesbg will credit the customer’s account for future purchases

All refunds will be issued as in-house credit only.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

In case of damage:

 All our goods are securely and carefully packed to survive long journeys without damage.

Important Notice:

Once you pay deposit and make order for work ,deposit is not back!

Always inspect your goods immediately upon receipt, since subsequent complaints cannot be taken into account.

If you notice any damage to the packaging, ask the delivery service to open the package with you before you sign for it.

Do not sign for the package if you find any damage. The delivery service is responsible for any damage to the package.

If you do not sign for the package, it will be returned to us. Take note of the delivery time and take photos of the damage, for insurance purposes.

If you find any damage after signing for the package, contact us immediately by email, including photos of the damage.
